Is standard delivery free?
Yes. Standard delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend, to all countries and regions available at checkout. Optional express delivery is charged only if you choose an available express service.
What does frame only include?
Frame only is the frame with its clear demonstration lenses. To choose prescription or non-prescription lenses, use Choose lenses on an eligible frame page and review the frame-plus-lens total before adding it to your cart.
Where can I order prescription glasses?
Prescription ordering is available in Australia. Other supported markets can order frame only or available non-prescription lens upgrades. Available packages depend on your selected configuration.
How do I provide my prescription?
For an Australian prescription order, you can upload a clear photo, scan or PDF, enter the details manually, or choose Send it later and reply to your order email before production. Copy the existing prescription accurately and do not guess missing values.
What is PD?
Pupillary distance is a measurement used in preparing your lenses. The configurator accepts single or dual PD. If it is missing from your prescription or you are unsure which measurement to provide, ask your prescribing practitioner or contact us before production.
How can I compare frame sizes and lens packages?
Compare the frame width, lens width, bridge and temple measurements with a pair that fits you well. Our frame fit and lens guide explains the measurements and ordering choices.
Are Australian prices GST-inclusive?
Yes. Australian storefront prices include GST. Your selected market determines the displayed currency, and checkout confirms the final total.
How long will an order take?
Processing and delivery depend on the product, configuration and destination. Contact us before ordering if timing is important. Any delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates.
Can I return customised glasses?
Different conditions apply to frame-only and customised products. Read the returns and custom-order terms before ordering. Your applicable consumer rights continue to apply.
